Shipping Policy
When you checkout, please ensure your ship to address is accurate. Change of address requests after payment has been made may result in delays. Items will be shipped using Knutsford Express or ZipMail for (Jamaica), and Fedex or DHL for (Outside Jamaica).

Warranty:
If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Please contact us and we will do our best to help. Our warranty period is for 30-days for most items and starts from the purchase date of your item.

Refund Policy

- Addresses cannot be changed once the order has been submitted.
- All items are eligible for return for 14 days after receipt.
- Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
